Where do you ship?
Within the United States only. Free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.
How long does delivery take?
Processing: 1–2 business days.
Transit: usually 6–8 business days.
Estimated total time: about 7–10 business days from order to delivery.
How do I track my order?
You’ll receive a shipping email with your tracking number after dispatch. You can also check status on the site’s “Track Your Order” page.
What’s your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused/unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags. Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g., underwear, socks) are not returnable unless faulty.
Who pays for return shipping?
If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Velouze provides a prepaid return label. For change-of-mind, size, or colour returns, return shipping is at your expense.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Contact support within 30 days with your order number and the item/size/colour you want. Items for exchange must be new and include all original packaging/tags.
When will I get my refund?
After the return is received and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method—typically within 7 business days (your bank may take a bit longer to post).
