Thank you for shopping at Velouze.com. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your orders.
1. Delivery Area
We currently only deliver to the United States.
Orders placed outside of the U.S. cannot be processed or shipped.
2. Handling Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 weekdays (Monday–Friday) after receiving payment confirmation.
Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will be processed on the next business day.
Cutoff time: Orders can be placed up to 10:00 PM (EST) to be processed the same day.
3. Shipping Duration
Once processed, orders are shipped and delivered within 3–8 weekdays (Monday–Friday) depending on your location.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping Costs
We charge a flat shipping rate of $4.95 per order, regardless of the number of items or location within the United States.
There are no hidden or variable shipping costs.
5. Transit Time
Estimated total delivery time (including handling and shipping): 4–11 weekdays.
Please note that weekends and public holidays do not count as business days.
6. Tracking and Delivery
After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become active.

7. Return Policy
You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
